CAF, Challenged Athlete's Foundation - Every year we help raise money and our athletes participate in the San Diego Triathlon Challenge.
National Multiple Sclerosis Society - Every year we help raise money and our athletes participate in the MS150 Bay to Bay bike tour from Irvine to San Diego.

About Triathlon and More
We live the life of training and racing. Like most others, we do triathlons for fun and fitness while trying not to let competition get the most of us. We know there are many of you out there that are just getting into the sport. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about how to get started. You don't need to be purchasing tri gear to send us an email or call.
Triathlons are commonly done in four different distances Sprint, Olympic, Half-Iron, and Iron distance races. One of the most famous races is the Ironman World Championships in Kona, Hawaii run by the World Triathlon Corporation, find out more at www.ironman.com.
