Having cadence is one of the best things I've kept track of on a ride. It's helped my pedaling mechanics and efficiency. The wires aren't the prettiest, but for the price, it can't be beat. The instructions are really easy to follow, and once it's set up, it's very straight forward.

If you're new to the sport, cadence is probably the most important thing you're missing on your bike ride. This model of the Strada helps you keep track of how many rpm you're turning on the pedals which helps you train smarter. However, it does not cost an arm and a leg like some other models. I've been very pleased with this product.
