This is probably the best protein bar I have ever tasted. I used to lift a lot of weights and always got tried of taking protein shakes and bars because they were so hard to put down. But this bar makes you want another after another. I prefer to eat one of these over a regular energy bar. I eat one before every session and I feel great. I personally wish it had more than just 20g of protein though. Vanilla Almond is mmm mmm Delicious!
