Aside from making your own energy gels with natural ingredients such as raw honey, sea salt and lime juice, these are as closest to the truly natural form you will get! I work with many endurance athletes and write regularly for 220 Triathlon Magazine in the UK. I always recommend the most natural products on the market for athletes and non-athletes alike so commend CLIF for their products!
