This little devil is a great addition to any snorkel swimmer's training program. The partially closed off hole causes you to breath deeper and use less oxygen than you would if you were using just a regular snorkel. It has drastically improved my lung capacity and has helped control and slow my breathing to a relaxed and comfortable pace.
