I've been using Fluid for about 2 years now. Has really changed the way I recover. Its a noticeable difference when I have it and when I don't. Main thing is feeling less achy & sore after tough workouts. Recommended it to my marathon training group this year for Eugene, everyone loved it! Mixes well for recovery stuff, little clumping at first but it all disappears after a min. Not too sweet, heavy, or chalky like other protein/carb stuff I've tried. My favorite recovery drink by far!

Fluid makes a great product - tastes good, I like the mix of carbs and protein, and one can seems to go a long way. I just have a heck of a time mixing this stuff! It always seems to clump together and I a powdery drink. I prefer endurox, which i don't seem to have that problem and it also tastes great.
