- You have 10 days from the date you receive the item to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returned items without a valid RMA number will be refused.
- The item must be in the same condition in which you received it, with all original packaging.
- All parts must be complete, uninstalled, and undamaged.

- You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item to us.
- Original outbound shipping charges cannot be refunded.
