At first I wasn't all that impressed with HEED. I enjoy the Perpetuem, so it seemed like the HEED wasn't necessary, but then I found the "subtle" flavors, such as strawberry. Very light taste, and a great change of pace from the Perpetuem.

I'm lovin' the Stawberry flavor! Light in taste and perfect if you want something other than water on your long runs or rides. It has just the right amount of sweetness, but not so sweet as to irritate your stomach.

I use this stuff all the time during my workouts and training. It even works as a good drink for when you are sick
