Reviewed by JorgeI recently purchased the Louis Garneau Robota helmet for bike training. The helmet is very comfortable and keeps my head cool, even when we ride on very hot days. It does not allow the sweat to run down into my eyes, which is always a plus as well. My favorite thing about the helmet is that the adjustable strap mechanism is so easy to use, and is adjusted by the turn of a dial. I love this helmet.
