The Louis Garneau Women’s Shark Power Shorts' Shark II fabric also boasts compression properties that enhance muscle performance while running and biking. Treated with YBWET finish, this garment absorbs less water and allows the fabric to breathe naturally, retaining softness. What little moisture is absorbed by the fabric dries much faster than non-treated garments. The Lycra Power 2 inserts are certified compressive fabric made to enhance performance by reducing muscle fatigue. The 6 panel construction was made specifically for triathlon and offers a fit that is second to none. The crotch gusset has a full TriAir chamois which, as the name implies is made for triathlon. This lightweight, 4-way stretch chamois dries quickly and allows a full range of motion in triathlon. The Louis Garneau Women's Shark Power Shorts are one of the best tri shorts available.

I bought these shorts because I know someone who got a slightly different pair and loves them. I ordered a medium (I am a size 8) and when I got them they were tight. The worst part...is that you can see right through them! The padding is excellent, the leg grippers are fair, but I can't believe that you can see right through them. Maybe if I had gotten a large I wouldn't have this problem, but still...really?
