FEATURES:

• 1. SBR SKIN (Moisture control with extreme comfort + longevity)
  - Microfibre polyamide and Lycra Prime mix SBR SKIN fabric gives excellent stretch memory, working with your body movement, but retaining shape and firmness.
  - Enhanced chlorine/bacteria resistant employing 20% mix of Lycra Prime yarn that has 400% better chlorine/bacteria resistance than regular elastane.
  - Moisture management polyamide yarn. Optimum knit gauge to allow for speed in the water, but max air flow and wicking on land.
  - Abrasion resistant polyamide yarn for a tough exterior. Built to last through demands of swim, bike, and run.

I bought these shorts not too long ago and recently used them in a Sprint distance race. Being a short race, it wasn't too necessary to have a pad in my shorts like typical cycling shorts. These have a chamois that doesn't obstruct movement at all. It's thin enough that you forget about it altogether during the run but provides just enough cushion on the bike leg to be comfortable. If you're new to cycling and your butt isn't used to the type of saddle you have or the riding position you maintain, you might want to opt for shorts with a pad, but if you've been riding for a while, these are perfect. I would have given these 5 stars but I wish they would shed water and dry a bit more quickly. I wore these under my wetsuit and they were still pretty damp by the time I finished the bike and run portion on a hot day.
