Q: What shipping method will be used for free shipping specials?
A: Free Shipping specials will be shipped either via US Postal Priority or UPS Ground and no ship times can be guaranteed. If you need your order by a specific date please note on your order, call, or email to upgrade your shipping option.
Q: What's included in the sale?
A: Items currently marked down in the sale and clearance section of the website. The sale only applies to items in stock and ready to ship. Backordered items are not applicable for discount.
Q: Can I get free shipping with a sale or promotion?
A: Unfortunately, we can't offer free shipping on most sale products unless otherwise specified. All other ongoing promotions cannot be used for items on sale. Any unauthorized use of promotions will be subject to a refund and cancellation of the order.
Q: How long does the sale last?
A: The sale ends at 10:00pm PDT on Friday 11/13/11. Or until items are sold out, which ever comes first.
Q: Can I return items from this order?
A: It depends. Non-clearance items may be returned per our normal return/exchange policies detailed on our site, but your refund will be adjusted accordingly to the discount received. Clearance item sales are final and no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
Q: I ordered something before the sale happened, can I get a refund for the difference?
A: We cannot retroactively apply discounts to orders made in the past. No exceptions. Prices change regularly due to availability unfortunately we cannot retroactively apply discounts.
Q: Those are some low prices. Why are you guys doing this?
A: We're clearing out a lot of items to make room for new products.
Coupon Code Restrictions
Only specific coupon codes are valid for sale or clearance items. These are listed in the product descriptions. All other coupon codes are not valid. If you have any questions or comments please contact our customer service.
Coupon code cannot be combined with other coupon codes.
Discount codes not valid for bikes, wheels, trainers, electronics, other heavy/oversized items, and items restricted from discounting by the manufacturers.
Coupon codes are not valid for sale or clearance items.
Returns, cancellations, or any other action that voids eligibility for the coupon will be adjusted appropriately.
Coupon codes and promotions are exclusive to online purchases unless otherwise noted.
All coupon codes and promotions are limited time offers and may be revoked at anytime.
How to get a gift card:
- Buy an eligible Product at full price.
- Use coupon code at check out. Receive $ off (Bonus!).
- We will review and process order.
- After item ships we will send your gift card via the email provided on order.
- Use gift card.
- Be happy :)
Gift Card Promotion Conditions:
- 1 gift card per customer per order.
- (example 1: If you order two items you will only get 1 gift card)
- (example 2: If you order two different items on the same order you will receive 1 gift card for the item with the corresponding coupon code.)
- Gift card will be sent only after order is shipped. Gift card credit cannot be used before order is processed.
- Gift cards will be sent a minimum of 48 hours after purchase.
- If item is sold out you will be contacted and order will be cancelled. This deal is limited to inventory on hand. In the rare instance that inventory is sold out you will be notified as soon as it is discovered.
- To qualify for the Gift Card Promotion the correct Discount Code must be used at time of check out. If a correct Discount Code was not used then the order will not qualify for the Gift Card Promotion.
- Gift Card availability subject to availability of promotional product.
- Gift Cards cannot be used with Discount Codes.
- Gift Card Promotional Products cannot be purchased with a Gift Card.
- Orders paid by Paypal or Google Checkout are not eligible to receive the Gift Card Promotion.
