An exciting combination of interval sets including ladders, superspins, tempo sets and sprints, "No Slackers Allowed" is for any athlete hoping to improve all aspects of their cycling fitness. Length 45 min. Difficulty 9.0.
If you want to become a faster cyclist, you need to add interval training to your workout routine. Doing intervals is like strength training on your bike. If you want to move up in the pack, decrease the time trail time, speed up the bike leg in the triathlon or simply drop your training partner and complete two Spinerval Workouts a week.
Spinervals DVD / VHS workouts are like having a personal coach in the privacy of your home. Coach Troy guides you through a complete routine from warm-up, workout and cool down. Difficulty levels are 6.5 to 9.9 on a scale of 10. The series of 23 titles will challenge any cyclist. Collect the whole set for daily variety.
