Reviewed by trimeWhen I injured my knee, my PT told me to massage/stretch out my hamstrings, quads, and IT band. I would use a foam roller at home, but got this as recommended by my sister. It goes deep! Each of the individual rollers are good because they seem to dig into the muscles to release any knots. And I use it anywhere I feel sore - calves, neck, feet. I can't think of anything I don't like about it. Great invention.
