Reviewed by bluetriI use to use a towel in my transition area. Now I use the LS tri mat. I like the mat because it makes it easier to find my spot in a crowded transition area. When it's rolled up I use a strap on the outside of my bag or a carabiner keychain to hook it to my backpak. I will concede that my towel was softer but I'll keep using the mat until everybody around me has one.
