I've been foam rolling for a while now, and I think it is one of the best ways to prevent injury. But I have to replace my foam roller periodically as it wears out. It doesn't compress over time like a normal foam roller, so it will last a lot longer, maybe years. I also like the different density zones, but the durability is the best part for me. |
