I love this product. I spray it on my ankles and wrists before putting on my wet suit. My wet suit peels off easily when I am racing or training. A little goes a long way.

I love Trislide because it's the only good alternative I've found in comparison to Bodyglide. I like the spray application better than rubbing the stick on my body. Bodyglide tends to get moist and yucky sitting in my moist and hot bag on training and race days. Trislide stays clean because it's in a can.

I know many triathletes have been told that to get in and out of your wetsuit the fastest to use "Pam"; the cooking spray you use at home. Speaking from first hand experiences, the only thing Pam does to your wetsuit is ruin it. After enough uses, Pam starts to eat away at the suit itself causing it to tear and rip. I have only used Trislide on my new QR sleeveless suit and it has already lasted me twice as long as my previous Orca.
