Zoot Sports' choices of materials and patterning combined with their attention to detail offer maximum flexibility, flotation, and incrased durability. This wetsuit uses Yamamoto SCS Nano finish, which is the most hydrodynamic wetsuit coating available, reducing the suit's coefficient of friction by 97%. Killer deal for a new high end suit, Saturday, March 28, 2009Reviewed by TriKona
I needed to rent a suit for a swim in socal and checked out a few places online. I was a little reluctant to order a suit from somewhere that doesn't tell you exactly what suit you're getting (some places just say "name brand suit") or what year the suit is - I didn't really want to spend $65 to rent a suit that's been beat and stretched out for 3 seasons. One tri was awesome. I was in southern california and got to try it on before I got it - for the record the size chart runs true to size - at 5'8" 155 I was a perfect small. The synergy is an awesome intermediate/high-end suit and a steal at 70 bucks. Super buoyant, fast, comforable and brand new - I actually had to take the tags off the one I got. There's a big difference between this suit and the entry level. I'll probably end up getting a suit from them and applying the rental fee. The only complaint is that the store can be tricky to find in Santa Ana, but I also didn't look at their map before I went. |
