I am a 5'10" female with 34" inseam. These tights are amazing for feel but not for fit. I'm a size 3 based on the measurements, but please notice there's no measurement for leg length. The 3s were about 3" too short. About pulled my shoulder out of socket trying to pull them on and they simply wouldn't come up far enough to even cover my bum. Exchanged for size 4. These are BARELY long enough, but the knee doesn't fall in the right place. The knee area falls about 6" above where my knee actually is, so they don't do as much for my knees as I think they otherwise would, and of course the compression isn't nearly as tight as it was with the 3s, so I get reduced benefit. If you have an average leg length for your build then these puppies are amazing. If you're all legs, you might not like them, or you'll have to do what I did and go up a size and lose compression and fit.
