How should my 2XU Cycle garments fit?

Your 2XU Cycle tops should fit loosely whilst standing upright in order to facilitate a snug, comfortable fit when stretched out or in the crouched position on the bike.  Having said this, your jersey should never cut in uncomfortably to the body. If this is occurring, you should review your size choice.
