This level is not for the faint of heart. Once you have mastered the exercises from Level 2 it’s time to progress to Level 3. The Level 3 takes the basic push and pull motions learned in the Levels 1 and 2 DVDs, adds a press and a pause at the peak intensity of each movement. Trigger Point takes you to the hardest part of the exercise and then have you hold the position. It takes strength to get to this position and incredible stability to hold it. Posture is imperative at this level of intensity with SMRT-CORE.
